You want to get ‘better’ in some way. Perhaps less stiff, less agitated. Calmer, more flexible, or stable. Your own need expressed your way.

You may like the idea of yoga but are put off by larger group or gym-style classes. Or just feel they aren’t for you.

You may be a returner to yoga looking for a breath-centred patient approach that builds you back up. Or a practiced yogi, looking to improve the qualities of sthira and sukham (strength and stability, comfort and ease) in your practice.

Or, you may be in need of someone to focus on you, to listen, observe and hold space to help you find your way back to a balance of mind, breath and body.
