Hazel’s work is informed by research and is sensitive to the needs of individuals. She is trained in trauma-aware yoga, has mental health first aid, and loves helping people compassionately find a way towards equilibrium, strength and release – in a way that is relevant for each individual.
Hazel works with clients on the NDIS scheme, has taught at a 12-step group and volunteer teaches for Frontline Yoga, Australia’s first and only National yoga program for first responders, emergency services and military veterans. Bookings via Frontline Yoga.
